IHAVETOREAD

These days, i have to read a lot, i want to share with my readers, the kind of things, that i will read.

First, there is an article called Want to Remember Everything You'll Ever Learn? Surrender to This Algorithm. The article is a little bit long, but is worth to read. Talks about how to increase the things that you can remember, is like how to have a super memory, a super brain, and i hope any human of this world wants that, that can help to evolution.

That was the first thing i have to read, then there are an interesting subject called Optics, you know, light, electromagnetic waves, colors, wavelenght, a science topic. But first, i get a lecture with Richard Muller, i have to say, that this man blows my mind, the way he explain the things, and puts together are simply awesome. There is an interesting project of UC Berkeley , where the lectures are put in youtube. And the classes are simply awesome. Here is the link if you are interested in any subject. There are a lot of topics, biology, physics, politics, and so on..the kind of classes that every human must to take.

So, that was, the first, the second, and the third thing, is a magazine, that just arrive to me, from The New York Academy of Sciences. The principal issue in this magazine, is the 200 years, since Charles Darwin was born. I read a couple of pages, and one statistic, is very interesting for me: 42 percent of US population belives that humans never evolved and are as they were created. And the 50 percent who expressed their belief in human evolution, 2 of every 5 stated that they believe a supreme being influenced the process, and indeed only 1 in 4 americans believe in natural selection!.

How you feel about that statistics?
For me are very astounding.

After the lectures of Richard Muller, I am going to read a Physics textbook, better known as Serway, a ver well written book, and the topics are very clear. But before read the Serway, i will read the Introduction to Science by Isaac Asimov, in the Optics part. You see! Asimov writes about everything, in a unique way.

And finally, another book has just arrive to me, wich title is "Pebble In the Sky", another novel of science fiction by Isaac Asimov.

As you can see, there is a lot that i have to read, but i like to read, it is one of my favourites parts of life. Acquire knowledge.

The beginning of knowledge is the discovery of something we do not understand.
Frank Herbert (1920 - 1986)

I have always imagined that paradise will be a kind of library.
Jorge Luis Borges

Note: I will write more posts, in english, because i need to practice the language. I am not too good but i try to do my best.

And remember Florence and the machine, will be the very real deal in indie music.

@Invierno Funk.
Cómo que mexa?

And why think that about this post?
No, this is not a complain post, neither I am trying to show something.

I only want to practice my english.

Thx for the comments!

Like Vicente Fernandez says:

"Mientras haiga comentarios Sir.Freak seguirá escribiendo"

Au Revoir!
